The Monthly Membership Report and
the Activities Report for LCI should be
completed and submitted electronically. To do this, you'll need a
password from LCI, but if you're a club secretary or president, you
should already have one. Click

At the District Cabinet Meeting held on June 14, 2008, a motion was
passed that eliminated the need for the District
M&A Report, since the information on this report essentially
duplicated that which is submitted to LCI on the Monthly Membership
Report and the Activities Report.
